Returns Policy:
Since we are delivering food products, we do not provide any options to return the products once delivered.
Refund Policy:
Since we’re delivering food products which cannot be taken back, we do provide refunds if you’re unhappy with our service and give complete justification for the same.
In the unlikely event that you’re displeased with the products and services provided, we will resend the products, provided that the reasons are genuine, reported along with evidence, and proved after investigation. The decision to resend the products will be at the sole discretion of the company and will be considered on a case by case basis. In case it is decided to resend the products, the products will be resent within a week’s time of reporting the issue.
Cancellation Policy:
Since a majority of our products are prepared after the orders are received, if the customer chooses to cancel an already placed order, the order will be cancelled only if the products have not been prepared already. The cancellation will be at the discretion of the company and will be considered on a case by case basis. In case a cancellation is accepted, the refund of the amount will be initiated to the customer within 7 days of accepting the refund request, as per below process:
If paid by RAZORPAY, refunds will be issued to the original source provided at the time of purchase.
If paid by CASH, refunds will be issued after getting in touch with you and having a conversation regarding the same.
In case of any other payment modes, refunds will be made to the same account.
